In placing this order and checking the RELEASE box, I hereby declare and represent to ChalkTalk SPORTS Inc. that I am obligated to secure all appropriate and necessary rights to use the mark and/or logo design and/or photo sent to ChalkTalk SPORTS Inc. from the owner. Therefore, as of this date, I have secured all rights.

ChalkTalk SPORTS Inc. assumes no liability to me or third parties for trademark infringement.

I hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ChalkTalk SPORTS Inc. harmless against any and all losses, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred as a result of or related to claims, demands, causes of action, or judgments arising out of my or ChalkTalk SPORTS Inc.'s use of the previously described mark for my benefit.

Designs created by ChalkTalk SPORTS Inc. ("Artwork") are the property of ChalkTalk SPORTS Inc. and will remain its intellectual property. Customers will receive watermarked Artwork solely for proofing purposes. Once approved, the design work will be used in the production of items being purchased from ChalkTalk SPORTS Inc. by the customer. ChalkTalk SPORTS Inc. reserves the right to use the Artwork for any legal purposes, including but not limited to sales and marketing.
