Try this tasty and refreshing vitamin smoothie recipe. The Monster earns its name since it's packed with tons of healthy vitamins and fiber. The fruit completely covers the spinach taste, which makes this great for anyone that doesn't like vegetables.

The Vitamin Monster Smoothie is high in fiber, loads of antioxidants and vitamin C. For added protein, sweetness or creaminess, add half a cup of vanilla soy milk.



Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Orange Juice|
- 1 cup Blueberries
- .5 cup Strawberries
- .5 Blackberries
- .5 cup Vanilla Soy Milk

Simply add these ingredients to a blender and mix until completely smooth.
