Lets face it ..sugar tastes good. We have all craved that awesome desert,  yummy ice cream and the chocolate chip cookies that just came out of the oven!  But sugar is a villain in disguise.  These tempting treats will turn you into a sugar addict playing havoc on blood sugar levels; it will create inflammation in the body and makes the body store excess fat. 


 


For the sake of your health eliminate sugar from your diet. It will do the body good!   Here are some great tips that will work to rid sugar from your diet and ultimately make you healthier, more energetic and feeling great.


 


1.     Drink Water. It will flush sugar and other toxins out of you body, make you feel fuller and reduces craving.


2.     Eat Enough Protein.  Every meal should contain a good portion of protein especially ones that are packed with good fats (Omega 3’s) Protein is very satisfying which will reduce cravings.


3.     Eat Sour Foods.  Sour foods such as pickles and sauerkraut will eliminate food craving.


4.     Don’t Eat Refined Carbs, Bread or Pasta.  Replace them with healthy green leafy vegetables that are nutritious and take longer to digest which controls hunger and cravings.


5.     Treat Yourself with Dark Chocolate.  It will make you feel good and its good for you – choose 90-100% cacao.


 


These sugar-kicking tips are well worth a try – it will make a big difference to how you feel and your overall long-term health.
