Who is Peter?

Peter Berrisford is Gone For A RUN’s resident athletic trainer providing great training tips and nutritional advice to runners, triathletes and anyone that is dedicated to a healthy athletic lifestyle.

Peter served in the elite British Special Forces and this training laid the foundation for his lifelong commitment to peak athletic performance. His accomplishments include competing in 23 Ironman races (including The World Championship in Kona, HI), many Half Ironman races (including the 70.3 World Championships) and also many different Marathons, Ultra Marathons, Adventure races and Endurance races around the world.  He is a world class athlete and has the following accreditation's:
