So I asked a question about how you could not have your product in stock for the biggest holiday of the year and I see you chose to first ignore answering it and second removed it from the question section, so you only answer questions that are positive

Hi there! Thank you for your interest in our BibFOLIO Plus Race Bib and Medal Displays! The only reason that your response was rejected was because it was not a specific question about the product itself. We try our best to fully answer both "positive" and "negative" questions, and I apologize if it did not come off that way. Because all of our BibFOLIO Plus Medal Displays have the same metal frame, if we do not have any in stock, then we are not able to make any BibFOLIO Plus Displays. We realize that it is unfortunate since it is the biggest holiday season, but sadly, we will not be getting them back in stock until January. Does the price of $64.99 include the metal hanger bar or is that considered an add-on for an additional $20?  The item description appears to include it, but it is showing as an optional add-on.  Thanks.
