|Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).|

|What is ChalkTalkSPORTS return and exchange policy?|
|If you are not completely satisfied with a ChalkTalkSPORTS item, please return it for an exchange or credit within 30 days of receiving the product. Personalized, customized, sale items and candy products are not returnable or exchangeable. Credit given for product price if returned within 30 days. Credits do not include the cost of shipping.|
|How do I exchange or return a product?|
|If a product arrives broken or damaged ChalkTalkSPORTS must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please notify us toll free at 866-329-5603 or via email to support@ChalkTalkSPORTS.com or via fax at 203-840-1814. Please note: personalized, customized, sale products and candy products are not returnable.
To exchange or return your purchase please go to http://ChalkTalkSPORTS.com/RETURNS and follow the return/exchange instructions. If you are unable to print the return form, please include the order number, product information, your name, address, phone number and reason for return or exchange. If you are requesting a refund please include the credit card number, expiration date and CV2 code that you used for the purchase. Please include this information when you send back the product(s) being returned. For a full refund product must be returned in unopened packaging and in original condition within 30 days.
