Answers

01. Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, you will have 30 mins before we begin processing your order. At that point, the order cannot be changed. If you need to make a change to any part of your order, you can cancel this order and place a new order.

To cancel your order CLICK HERE for the "My Account Login" page. On the "My Account Login" page, scroll down to "Check an Order" and enter your order information. Click the "cancel order" button. You can now go ahead and place a new order with any changes that were needed.

We do this in an effort to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you have any concerns with your order please contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do everything we can to help. Currently we only ship to addresses located in the U.S. or Canada.

03. Where do I send information for my custom order?

Once your order has been placed, send an email with all attachments and instructions to art@chalktalksports.com. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line of the email.

04. How quickly will my order ship?

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Processing will begin as soon as your order is placed. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed (many of our items are made just for you at the time the item is ordered). At checkout you will be able to choose the appropriate shipping method based on the day you need the item. The delivery date for your particular order will be shown on the checkout page in the "Select Shipping & Processing" tab.

06. What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are easy! Click this link to download our return/exchange form.

We kindly ask our customers to cover the cost of the return shipping. Returns or exchanges are accepted in original condition within 30 days from receipt of package. No returns or exchanges on sale/discounted products, personalized products, face masks, holiday related items, RokBands, RunBoxes, SportzBoxes and Virtual Races. Holiday specific products can be returned before the specified holiday, but not after. These products will have the return information noted under the image on the product page. You are welcome to try on all apparel items and then send them back for return/exchange them as long as they are in like new condition.

09. Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated by Avalara on a state by state basis and product type by product type basis. You will see tax applied to your order if it is applicable.
If you have a tax exempt certificate, please contact us at support@chalktalksports.com and we can get your account approved for tax exempt status.

10. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards as well as PayPal.

11. What is the credit card verification number?

This number provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. For Visa, Mastercard and Discover, it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For AMEX it is 4 digits on the front right of the card.

12. Do you offer discounts on team, corporate or bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounts on bulk orders. Many of our products have quantity discounts already listed however for questions regarding additional bulk discounts please contact us at 203-840-1860 or support@chalktalksports.com.
